All Is Well Healthcare Academy Phlebotomy Program

The Certified Phlebotomy Technician program lasts just 4 weeks. It’s broken into two parts:

• Weeks 1–3: Online classes, with Zoom check-ins each Monday. (Morning or evening Zoom meetings depending on the session schedule.)
• Week 4: In-person clinical sessions held either from 9 AM to 2 PM or 5 PM to 9 PM, depending on the session.

The hybrid format gives students flexibility to complete most of their coursework remotely while still gaining crucial hands-on lab experience during the final week.

The total tuition for the program is $1,500. To secure a spot, students need to pay a $412.50 deposit, which includes a $75 non-refundable application fee for background checks and registration.

Payment can be made upfront, or through a payment plan where students pay $412.50 per week over the first three weeks. Keep in mind that a 10% service fee is added to each installment if you choose the payment plan.There’s also an option to use AfterPay to finance the full tuition. To be eligible for the phlebotomy program, applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Hold a valid State ID
• Provide a valid Social Security card
• Have a high school diploma or GED

Students also need to pass a background check as part of the application process.

Students must successfully complete all course requirements to graduate. Specifically, they need:

• A minimum 70% grade in the online/didactic coursework
• A passing grade in both lab and clinical portions

Once these requirements are met, students earn a Certificate of Completion and are eligible to sit for the National Healthcare Association (NHA) phlebotomy certification exam, which is conveniently administered at the school about three weeks after the final class.
